Matthew brings over two decades of international experience in the scaffolding and access sector, spanning Europe, Australia and Asia. Having held senior commercial and leadership roles within global manufacturers and contractors, he has developed a deep understanding of market compliance, large-scale project execution, and distributor network development.

At ELEVTEK, Matthew focuses on strategic growth, product positioning and global partnerships. His vision is to challenge legacy system limitations by integrating engineering innovation with practical site realities — delivering systems that improve safety, compliance and productivity simultaneously.

Matthew believes the next generation of scaffolding and shoring must move beyond incremental improvement and towards engineered solutions that provide measurable advantage to contractors and asset owners.

Peter Rogers - Co-Owner & Chief Operations Officer

With over 45 years of experience in scaffolding and shoring system design and engineering, Peter has led technical and engineering departments for major global manufacturers. His work has supported complex industrial and infrastructure projects across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia, defined by product innovation, system development and structural integrity across multiple international markets.

At ELEVTEK, Peter leads engineering, system development and technical validation. His focus is on delivering modular systems that combine structural performance, simplicity and long-term durability — while meeting the highest global compliance standards.

Peter’s engineering philosophy centres on practical innovation: systems must not only perform on paper but improve efficiency and safety in real site conditions.
